Health
Wow - what a simple word but what a profound impact... Here is my health (my favorite topic) - My left arm does not work, for show only. My left leg has very little strength but still allows me to walk. The disease is going across my shoulders to my right side including my right arm and right leg. That's about it - laugh most every morning as I flounder around getting dressed but hey what's the alternative??

Everyday is a different day... little things go, they go un-noticed until the sum of them add up enough to get noticed. My right shoulder is getting weaker and walking feels like a "Weeble Wobles but they don't fall down" well that's fine for today but it takes everything I have to keep verticle. But verticle it is today - today is a good day...
Sometimes you just don't know... A bit scared of reality!! Just hope things slow and level off "Be Positive"
It takes everything I have to keep mobile. The mornings are hard to get going - by mid morning moving around is a bit easier. Keep pushing...
